You’re putting your house on the market, staging your house is an important marketing tool to help you compete at the right price, which means you can sell faster.

Home staging can be stressful, but it doesn’t have to be. You can hire who will do it for you or you can “DIY” Do It Yourself.

Here are the following tips:


  • Deep Clean 

Walls wiped clean, restrooms disinfected and scented (don’t put too much or they might think you’re hiding something).  And all things are placed where it should be, think of it as your routine every Sunday but x 10. No prospective buyer wants to walk into a house with  clutters and stuff lying around. “First impression lasts”.


  • Re-Organize

Every prospective buyer has their own taste, use a neutral color scheme, but then go bold with the furniture and accessories. Keeping the walls a neutral color pallet, you want your buyers seeing themselves inside your house. Make it simple yet catching to the eyes.


  • Add Mirrors

Mirrors not only adds style it also has other uses such as reflecting light, opening up space and generally enhancing the decor.
